Would you be interested in a tournament with SAU?
Clan of Origin
Hey everyone!
As you might have read, a few of us would like to organise a tournament between us and SAU. So we have a few choices here for the date.
We could try and do it in the coming holidays, but there is already a tournament scheduled for that time although it doesn't have a date yet: http://sw.aus-squad.com/forum/index.php?topic=2793.0
The second week of the holidays, both Lolasaurus and I are going away. So we would have to do it in the first week, unless someone else wants to organise it.
We could also do it in the summer holidays, and we could work out a date closer to the time.
Post your suggestions below.
Also, if we did actually do this, how many of you would actually want to do it?

What if people come from SAU to EAS. Will they need to play for their clan of origin - SAU?

I suppose that is what the Clan of Origin is about. So Mr Pistol can also stay a part of SAU even though he can't physically be part of both clans at once.

South Australia, that is good point, it will have to be the first week because of the differing holidays.

Re: Clan of Origin
I think we should forget battling with SAU for these holidays, but we could still organise a scrim or an in-clan battle. This way we could find out finer details more in advance, and if there's a limited number of spots for the team it would also give me (Team Captain) and my Vice, MOHAWK, some time to think and discuss about what our best squad is, and do some scouting. Why don't we pencil in end of term 4 or some other time in the hols, and try organise an in clan scrim and scouting session this hols.

It's too hard to organise a big event only a few days before it would have to happen.

Re: Clan of Origin
I would suggest maybe we organise it in a few weeks time, aimed for the term 4 holidays. I agree with Lightning, it would be possible, but very difficult to organise it for these holidays.

How about weekends if people are free?
Mine aren't usually occupied except for early in the morning and late at night, so I'm good for whenever during the day normally.

I agree with our Team Captain saying as I am Vice Team Captain. And yes we do need the Time available for some Scouting and discussing what our best Options are.Lightningsprite wrote:I think we should forget battling with SAU for these holidays, but we could still organise a scrim or an in-clan battle. I also Agree about doing it during Term 4 Holidays which will give us the chance to try and organise it so then everyone should be able to participate in it hopefully.
Cheers Comrades! .
